The Finova community has added Influx Finance to its lending panel to spice up the membership’s short-term finance choices.
The lender will cater to brokers’ purchasers who spend money on UK property, together with business owner-occupiers, overseas nationals and expats.
Its vary of loans cowl residential bridging loans, business and semi-commercial financing, improvement finance, light-to-medium refurbishment loans and bespoke loans.
Influx Finance senior enterprise improvement supervisor Kuldeep Sondhi says: “Becoming a member of the Finova Mortgage Membership lending panel is a major milestone for Influx Finance.

The Finova Mortgage Membership consists of 158 companies with round 460 advisors. It has 91 lenders on its panel.
