AXSYS Capital Closes Fund for Midwest MOBs

Illinois-based AXSYS Capital has closed on its fund, dubbed AXSYS Capital Fund I, LP. A spokesperson for the corporate confirmed for Business Property Govt that it has raised $10 million up to now.

The fund will deal with buying medical workplace buildings within the Midwest, particularly in states equivalent to Wisconsin, Ohio, Missouri and Illinois over a interval between six and 12 months.
