First National Realty Buys Grocery-Anchored Retail Center

First Nationwide Realty Companions has acquired Christina Crossing, a 119,446-square-foot grocery-anchored procuring middle in Wilmington, Del. The property marks the agency’s entry into the Delaware market. JLL represented the vendor, DRA Advisors.

The property is anchored by a 68,621-square-foot ShopRite. Different tenants embody Rainbow, Cricked Wi-fi and Wingstop. DRA Advisors bought the asset in July 2022 in a portfolio deal, in line with CommercialEdge information.

The one-story property is positioned at 501 S. Walnut St., simply off S. Market Avenue, in downtown Wilmington, inside a possibility zone. The asset is lower than a mile south of the Wilmington prepare station. In response to Matt Annibale, senior director of acquisitions with FNRP, the property is adjoining to greater than 80 acres of future growth.

The JLL brokers that represented DRA Advisors within the transaction are James Galbally, Chris Munley and Colin Behr. In March, DRA Advisors accomplished the $369 million buy of a principally industrial portfolio in metro Chicago, in a partnership with Enterprise One.
