Tidhar Group has obtained approval from the Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee to construct a 45-floor high-rise workplace tower at 17 Abba Hillel Road.
Tidhar Group introduced that it has obtained approval from the Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee to construct a 45-floor high-rise workplace tower at 17 Abba Hillel Road within the Ramat Gan Diamond Alternate district. Tidhar will make investments NIS 400 million within the mission which may have 45,000 sq. meters of workplace house and industrial house on the bottom flooring.
The corporate mentioned that the 2 current buildings on the two,000 sq. meter lot will probably be demolished.
Barely, Levitzky, Kassif (BLK) Architects and City Planners and Rani Ziss Architects will plan and design the constructing.
